Shipping & Handling:
We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders in a timely manner. All orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer using standard shipping based on the preference chosen by the buyer. If the product comes with “free shipping” then UPS 2-3 days is the default. Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be provided to the buyer by email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. **Due to COVID-19 & high demand, there may be some delays in shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Return & Refund Policy:
A refund or replacement can be issued if it is determined the product was damaged during transit. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions for public health, only unopened boxes can be returned for a refund. Opened boxes, will not be accepted or refunded unless it can be determined that damage to the product occurred during transit. A refund can also be provided, if the order is canceled before it has been shipped, for any reason. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returned items must be new and in their original packaging, including any tags and labels.

- Returns must be sent to us prepaid. The goods are your responsibility until they are received at our office. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping. So you may wish to insure your shipment.
- You will need to enclose your order number along with a note explaining the reason for the return.
- Once the return has been received and inspected, we will credit back the purchase amount (less original shipping charges) to the original payment method.
Orders can be canceled at any time for any reason, prior to shipping.
