Yes, by law a Pre-Employment Background Check cannot be done until you have a completed release form from the applicant.

Generally speaking no. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act you must have your applicants express written permission to access any of their information. You must keep and maintain this signed document for review; from time to time we may request copies of the documents for audit purposes. You may fax it to us to process the order or you can place the order online and keep the release form on file in your office.

Currently 90% of all Background Checks are returned to our customers in 24-48 hours. This excludes holidays and weekends. If your applicant has a clear record it should be returned very quickly. Additionally Credit Reports, Social Security Searches and DMV searches are all available instantly through our online system.

All results from us can be sent via e-mail directly to you. Or you may receive results by fax or online only.

Yes. Once you run a Background Check you are also assured that all PeopleG2, Inc. procedures comply fully with applicable state and federal standards. We also provide solutions for all the legally required procedures for employers, such as providing applicants with copies of reports and notices of consumer rights.
