Social Security Search Using a name and social security number, a past address history search retrieves information from the credit bureaus and reveals where a subject has lived in the past three to seven years. Employers will use this information to search for criminal records based on the applicant’s residency.
National Security Search The National Security Search service helps impede terrorists by identifying individuals linked to terrorism, or classified on government watch lists. This improves compliance with the Patriot Act. PeopleG2 will add additional sanctions and watch lists as U.S. or foreign governments and international organizations release them.
Federal Healthcare Fraud and Abuse Search This search contains information from all 50 states on individuals who have been the subject of state licensing board sanctions. This information is helpful in assisting companies to avoid potential liabilities and risks of employing or contracting with individuals who have been subject to performance or behavioral problems elsewhere.
Professional License Verification This search is useful for verifying professional license and certifications, as well as providing the subjects professional standing with a particular regulatory agency. Based on the information submitted, we contact the necessary licensing agencies, and verify standing, as well as verify dates and any other information crucial to the license.
OFAC SDN. The OFAC search pulls from a database that is supplied by the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control. The list is called OFAC/SDN (Specially Designated Nationals). As part of its enforcement efforts, OFAC publishes a list of individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, targeted countries. It also lists individuals, groups and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under programs that are not country-specific. Collectively, such individuals and companies are called “Specially Designated Nationals” or “SDNs.” Their assets are blocked and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from dealing with them.
Medical Disciplinary Search This search checks for persons who are excluded from working in or with federally funded medical programs.
DMV/MVR Search PeopleG2 provides the most up-to-date report based on the applicant’s provided license number and state. Most states return results instantly. These reports can include records of: driving while intoxicated, revoked license, accidents and minor traffic violations. Because driving records are held in state bureaus and have access to all counties in the state and sometimes other states, they can be very useful for general screening purposes. Some state fees apply.
